As one of the most internationally-experienced, senior-level HR professionals in the Asia-Pacific region, Chris has over 20 years of HR expertise gained in the FMCG, Insurance, Telecommunications, consulting, Banking and Technology sectors.

His vast strategic, tactical and operational acumen is balanced by an innovative, bespoke approach to the HR Management issues facing clients in their drive to strengthen productivity and their bottom line.

Chris holds degrees in Philosophy, Theology, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations having attended Melbourne, Monash and Charles Sturt Universities. He also holds qualifications in clinical counseling and coaching.

A native of Australia, Chris commenced his HR career with the Coca-Cola company in Sydney. He subsequently lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Philippines gaining regional positions with companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, ABN AMRO, Dun and Bradstreet, AMP and the Telstra Corporation.

Immediately prior to taking over as CEO for PeopleServe since the later part of 2008, Chris served as Regional Head of Human Resources (Asia-Pacific and Japan) for EMC corporation, based in Hong Kong.

He is adept at using a wide range of assessment tools, instruments and coaching methodologies to help individuals pinpoint strengths and development areas with a view to maximizing personal and professional effectiveness. Chris is a skilled builder and developer of high performance teams and is passionate about impacting bottom-line results through world-class people management practices and systems.
